James background includes P & L experience and being one of the first 600 APICS certified practitioners in the world as well as strong lean manufacturing, multi-plant, business development, outsourcing, software and quality. He has experience with SAP, Oracle and other operating software.

James enjoy building, coaching and leading teams to produce outstanding results and competitive advantage through innovation in technology, developing and installing best in class operating methodologies and processes. He is very good with customer-facing activities.

James has completed an interim VP Engineering assignment for a seismic oil & gas industry NYSE company in Houston. The company is now the second fastest capital appreciation company in Houston. About one billion market cap. He also has extensive telcom, networking, semiconductor/components, outsourcing and consulting (PRTM) experience.

Mr. Dan P. Plute, Vice President and Owner, has over 25 years experience in supply chain management and consultation including materials management, and procurement; computer design and implementation; and international project management. Mr. Plute has been an international manager with a record of accomplishment at Bechtel, United Nuclear Corp, and Anaconda Company. Mr. Plute is a contributor to publications of the Society of Mining Engineers. He is currently President and CEO of Procurement Services Associates. During his career he has provided project support services to light rail and public transport agencies like L.A. Metro, Metro Link, Orange County Transportation Authority, Bay Area Rapid Transit District, and Alameda County Transit District.

Mr. Plute has extensive materials management and project management experience in Southeast Asia, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, and Singapore. His industry experience includes; communication, surface and underground mining, processing plants, refineries, and public agencies mass transit during his career at Bechtel.
